<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#212121">It seems important to start on this work very soon as we near the time that the Expression of Interest form will be released to prospective IRP panelists. And, of course, the bylaws provisions are stated in general
terms – there will be a fair amount of organizational work required. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#212121">It might be of interest to put together a webinar in the coming weeks for SO/AC leadership – to go through the relevant bylaws, perhaps decide upon a communications tool (special email list?), begin to discuss
organizing and working methodologies, decide whether a meeting would be needed at ICANN59 dedicated to this effort.
