<p class="MsoNormal">We had a disappointing lack of quorum on our scheduled call today so I had to end the call.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Nonetheless, I made some procedural (informational) comments and they were recorded so there will be a brief record of the call.

<p class="MsoNormal">Our next call is <b>Thursday, July 20, at 13:00 UTC</b> and we need your attendance. Along with our agenda items I will introduce Anna Loup who will be joining our group – Anna assisted Ed Morris on CEP (see my mail of July 4<sup>th</sup>
about CEP – we need to address the subject and so I will be sending an email on it in next couple of days).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We need to make progress on the rules and in giving feedback to ICANN or the process-flow document that Liz sent to us this morning. Therefore, I will be a bit more active on the list in the coming weeks – please give these emails a read

<p class="MsoNormal">On process-flow, I will be commenting as well – let’s also move this by list as it is critically important in getting the new IRP up and functional.

<p class="MsoNormal">One final point, I plan to take up Avri’s comment today about handling future calls if we happen to lack quorum. We will proceed in future to have an informational call – obviously not a decisional one. Let’s hope this approach isn’t needed.<o:p></o:p></p>
