Following on from last week's call, can you please give us an update tomorrow on the Action item: 

- Section 7 & 8 of annex C: could be included in the ICANN Bylaws, PTI bylaws or in the ICANN-PTI contract. ICANN to flag this item with lawyers to make sure it gets included. (ICANN)
