Subject: [IOTF] IOTF Call #15: Need re-scheduling

Dear members of IOTF,

From today’s call, we have a couple of action items that requires us to internally discuss before presenting back to IOTF. The subject matter experts are currently out of office and won’t be back until next week. This means we will not be able to hold a substantive follow-up conversation on the next IOTF call scheduled on Monday at 18:00 UTC as that’s the day ICANN will be able to consult on SMEs.

Looking at the old doodle poll, 20:00 UTC on Wednesday, 13 July, was the next popular time voted. Please let me know if you have any objections for us to move out the next IOTF call to Wednesday so we may have enough preparation time. I’d like to send the revised meeting invitation by 19:00 UTC tomorrow unless we hear a strong objections from the members.

Thank you for your flexibility and cooperation.

Regards,

Yuko Green
