All,

We needed to coordinate with NTIA before publishing the charter for public
comment and that coordination is taking a little longer than usual so the
charter was not posted last Friday as we had hoped. We will get it up as
soon as possible and will let you know when it goes up.

Good point.  It is not on the IPC's radar screen to comment -- we reviewed
the list of open comments and this was not on it.
