Hello Matthew,

I am not sure i understand your comment, but i will assume you perhaps did
not see my response to Chuck. To reiterate, I am in agreement with Chuck on
the president not being Chair(and i will even support taking this a step
further by restricting the president from voting for chair selection,
unless where there is a tie). What i have issue with is restricting
chairmanship to nomcom appointees alone.

That said, FWIW i am not sure the last part of your comment is right as i
believe the PTI board members appoints the Chair and not ICANN board. Will
be good to clarify if this is not the case.
