For today's' call....Slide 9.  Big concern!

The proposed purpose (as presented) is a power trip :-(  whereas IANA's own
website had it right until recent mischief....

Purpose of PTI: To perform the central coordinating functions of the global
Internet for the public good.

IANA is a servant to the community not master of it... and it has been doing an
excellent job.

ICANN is the servant to IANA (or was)..... :-)
