combined 2-week period. So perhaps a more accurate
depiction would be a 2-week period for review and
revision, and not a 1-week period for review and 1-week
period for revision. We believe this is sufficient time
given Sidley has already seen and commented on the summary
of the terms for these documents, but could probably
stretch it out by a few days if needed since the 2-week
review and revision period does overlap with the ICANN
draft Bylaws public comment summary, analysis, and
update. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

have discussed that it is essential that this
deadline is kept since we need time to process the
documents. We have spoken with Sidley who are
expressing serious concerns about the short

for approval since it is the CWG which formally
signs off any decision. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
