<div>I have a question about how Article 13 will actually be implemented. It says:</div>

<div> approval of (a) at least two ICANN Directors (as defined in the Corporation’s bylaws),</div>
<div> (b) two Nominating Committee Directors (as defined in the Corporation’s bylaws) and</div>
<div> (c) the Member.</div>

<div>Article 6 tells us that the Corporation shall have only one member, which shall be ICANN.</div>
