Dear IPC,
Similar to past ICANN meetings, IPC travel support is available for the upcoming Dublin meeting to be held in October of 2015.  In order to be considered for travel support, a request must be received by IPC leadership (copied here) by 6:00 PM EDT on Friday, August 21st.  Support in the amount of US$2,000 per member for up to four IPC members will be awarded based on participation so please be sure to include in your request a summary of your past IPC and ICANN participation as well as an indication of your willingness to assist with Dublin planning and session coverage.  Previous travel support over the past 12 months also will be taken into consideration.
Support will be provided as reimbursement upon submission of appropriate receipt(s) to the IPC Treasurer after you have returned from the ICANN Meeting and not later than 60 days after the ICANN meeting ends.  All supported IPC members are expected to attend the ICANN meeting on the days they are in Dublin as well as all IPC related events.
