[IPC-GNSO] VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: IPC Marrakech Planning Team

We are looking for volunteers for the IPC Marrakech Planning Team to assist
with planning the IPC public and private meetings, the "no-host" dinner and
the Board roundtable.  Going to Marrakech is not required, but some of the
members need to be going to Marrakech.
