It merely says there are two vice chairs, one from each house, with terms of no more than one year (but no term limits are stated, other than those that apply to them as Councilors).</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">There is no provision for the current situation.
