[ispcp] Draft statement on gNSO reform implementation issues

Based on the last ISPCP teleconference, a draft ISPCP statement on gNSO
reform implementation issues has been produced.  It is attached to this mail
message.

 

We need to have comments pretty quickly because the deadline for submitting
these comments is almost upon us.
