Dear ISPCP member

I've resent this message as I've received input in response to the
invitation to attend the cocktail session with the Board but not the
business lunch.

Please RSVP separately to the Lunch invitation if you wish to attend.

Regards

Tony

Invitation to new business participants' introductory lunch, RSVP required

 When: Monday 2 March

Time: 12.30-14.00

Where: Dona Sol room in the ICANN venue hotel

Action requested: This invitation is being sent to members of the business
related constituencies for response to their chairs /secretariat by 18
February. Capacity is limited for regular ICANN business participants as the
focus is on welcoming new business participants, and thus participation must
be confirmed well in advance. Lunch will be provided, and if you commit to
coming to this lunch session, your participation will be important. ICANN
staff will be inviting the new business participants who register for the
meetings.

Programme: The lunch will be opened by ICANN's Board Chair, Peter Dengate
Thrush, welcoming new business participants along with Paul Levins. The
purpose of the lunch is to help new business participants get oriented and
take full advantage of the ICANN meetings. Point people for each of the
business oriented constituencies will introduce themselves to facilitate
follow up with potential new members. More experienced business
representatives will be encouraged to assist new business representatives in
prioritizing the meetings on the schedule which they can most benefit from
participating in.
