[ispcp] URGENT: PLEASE VOTE FOR GNSO COUNCILLORS

Dear ISPCP members,

This serves as a reminder that the voting closes tomorrow, Friday 14 October 2011 at 18:00 UTC. You are urged to please cast your vote by sending your TWO choices to <gnso.secretariat at gnso.icann.org<mailto:gnso.secretariat at gnso.icann.org>>

Voting for the election of two ISPCP representatives to serve as GNSO Councillors will now commence from 06.00 UTC on Tuesday 11th October, ending Friday 14th October at 18.00 UCT.

Members are requested to vote for 2 of the following three candidates who have been duly nominated and seconded.

-       Wolf Ulrich Knoben

-       Jaime Wagner

-       Osvaldo Novoa

Votes should be sent to <gnso.secretariat at gnso.icann.org<mailto:gnso.secretariat at gnso.icann.org>>


Confirmation that votes have been received will be sent by the GNSO secretariat. All confirmations should be received before 23.00 hours UTC on Friday 14th October at the latest. If you have voted and not received confirmation by that time please contact the secretariat immediately.

All votes will be checked against the list of eligible voters before the result is announced which will be on  Monday 17th  October. Any discrepancies with that list will be followed up the ISPCP secretariat in advance of any announcement.
