[ispcp] notes from the calls today

Hi,

AfriNIC has confirmed a slot for this at AfriNIC-17 in Khartoum, Sudan.

So - what should the presentation look like? Slide pack? .. and any
appropriate background info.

Unfortunately - I'll not be in Toronto.
