[ispcp] [gTLD-delegations] string delegations

hi all  

Mikey's list interesting strings delegated this week -- from a name-collisions standpoint.   purely a gut-feel reaction, there's no science behind this list just the eye of a system admin making a guess that these names are more likely to show as names for internal resources on networks.
