Mikey

Glad you flagged this. I'll also be joining the webinar and agree we have
some serious disconnects across the community. Would also encourage others
to actively engage in the debates. Unfortunately more seem to be leaving
than joining, which tells its own story, and always opens the door to those
who have the time but not the experience. Brazil is coming on fast yet
there's still a lot to be done.

Tony

Multistakeholder Innovation

hi all,

i've been tracking this one fairly closely and spraying comments all over
their idea-collecting site. my primary goal has been to set the record
straight on some of the comment threads, which have proposed some pretty
"edgy" stuff.

my sense is that:

a) the "crowdsourced" ideas are pretty thin

b) the panel is composed of people who aren't very close to what we actually
do down here at the bottom of the bottom-up process.

so i'm going to be very interested to see what they propose in this webinar
a week from today.
