Hello everyone,

We have created this mailman list for the purpose of bringing together
volunteers from the Board Organizational Effectiveness Committee and the
ATRT3 Implementation community volunteers and shepherds to define a set of
Terms of Reference (TOR) for a Holistic Review. 

We will be circulating a Doodle poll to collect your availability for the
first meeting.
