[ispcp] Closed Generics Draft Framework - Comments due 15 July

Comments to the framework closed and inputs to the next steps would be welcome. We will put this on the agenda of our next call.

Speaking personally and only of the form I think the constituency may at least:

  *   commend the group for their work as proof that a community led effort can make progress on a long standing and complex issue, and
  *   support its continuation through the policy work that council is currently working on.
