Dear all,
Although I will be in today’s call, I won’t be able to talk.  I have a very strong laringitis and cannot talk almost at all, if I do talk it will be very difficult for you to understand me.
I am enclosing my draft of comments to the proposed Terms of Reference for the Pilot Holistic Review.  Please consider them and make any comment you consider appropriate, my English is not that good and I tend to be too concise.  Please send me any doubt you have.
