Connectivity Providers constituency (and later amended between

<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'">the Melbourne and
Stockholm ICANN meetings) an election of a<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'">representative to
the ICANN NomCom are to take place thirty days before<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Courier New'">the first
scheduled meeting of the ICANN NomCom.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN

of the most recent ICANN By-laws, the ISPCP is <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

one member to the ICANN NomCom. This member will be

currently held by Greg Ruth. Greg is eligible to
