both the ICANN bylaws and the new ISPCP bylaws that <o:p></o:p></span></p>

a result of recent gNSO reform, this is<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Courier New"'>the official call
for nominations for ISPCP representative to ICANN’s<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Courier New"'>gNSO Council.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Courier New"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Courier New"'>With the adoption of
the most recent ICANN By-laws, the ISPCP is <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Courier New"'>required to elect
two members to the ICANN gNSO Council. These two<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Courier New"'>individuals will
serve new terms on the newly constituted gNSO Council.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Courier New"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Courier New"'>The existing gNSO
Council members are not eligible to serve in this<o:p></o:p></span></p>

term limit requirements in the newly revised ICANN<o:p></o:p></span></p>
