Expressions of Interest at <A

Regarding how interested parties will be endorsed by the GNSO, that is a process
that still needs to be developed and I suggest that you defer response to that
until we have more information. In the meantime, the DT needs to focus on
developing such a process for Council consideration.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
