Guide to the May 2009 Registrar Accreditation</A> [<A
href="http://www.icann.org/en/registrars/non-lawyers-guide-to-ra-agreement-15feb10-en.pdf">PDF</A>,
137K] in response to the At-Large Advisory Committee's (ALAC) request for such a
guide. </SPAN><o:p></o:p></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">The Guide is presented as a
service to all in the ICANN Community to assist in understanding ICANN's
Registrar Accreditation Agreement, entered into between ICANN and each of its
accredited Registrars. The Guide does not represent a legal interpretation of
the RAA, and the Guide does not alter or amend the terms of the RAA. More
information on Registrar accreditation can be found at <A
