During the extended period additional nominations were made and submitted to the ISPCP list. We now need to proceed with the election process with the aim of concluding that prior to the meeting in Senegal. However as we already have an ISPCP Constituency call planned for Wednesday 5th October at 13.00 UTC, I’d like to propose the voting period should start after that call, commencing Thursday 6<sup>th</sup> October, and ending Wednesday 12<sup>th</sup> October at 23.00 UTC. That will enable us to discuss the process in more detail and still make the required deadline with ease.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>You’ll receive call-in details for the Constituency call later today and I would encourage everyone to join.
