competitive search to fill the Senior Policy Director position has been
completed. Mary Wong will be joining the policy team on 1 July
2013. She will be working under the direction of Marika in support
of the policy work of the GNSO Council and SG/C groups. </DIV>

<DIV style="TEXT-ALIGN: left">As many of you know, Mary served as <B>Professor
of Law, </B><B>Faculty Chair for Global Intellectual Property Partnerships and
</B><B>Chair of Graduate Intellectual Property Programs, </B><B>University of
New Hampshire School of Law.</B></DIV>
<DIV>She has been active within ICANN for many years as elected
representative to the GNSO Council for the Non-Commercial Stakeholder
Group (NCSG); a<SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 16px">ctive in various GNSO working
groups and drafting teams; Chair of the NCSG Policy Council; and m</SPAN><SPAN
style="LINE-HEIGHT: 16px">ember of the 2009 Implementation Recommendations Team
