Kumar,

Thanks for the note. There has been a bit of activity in the background since the ICANN meeting related to rollover, albeit not on the document mentioned.  We'll be sending something out probably early next week. 

WRT the document, as I've found I'm a bit busier than I anticipated, I'm in the process of trying to identify someone who will be able to take on the document shepherding task.  I have a candidate in mind, but that person doesn't yet know it (:)).  However, if someone else wants to volunteer...
