[ksk-rollover] Staff Report on Future Root Zone KSK Rollovers

Our staff report on the public comments received in our root zone KSK rollover consultation has now been posted. Please find it attached for your convenience.

As noted in the report, we are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and its operational impacts before we can better commit to a specific schedule. We are also kicking off PTI and ICANN’s next budgeting cycle and will propose allocations to support research work that was suggested in the comments we received.
