[Latingp] LGP face-to-face meeting notes

Meikal, Colleagues,

On the question of linguists vs users: First, if there are no users, 
only linguists, then no identifiers are being written, so no need for 
this particular activity. Second, users may not know the 
representational systems of linguists, or they may chose to ignore them.

In general, a language community's current practice should inform us, 
e.g., for Lakota texts, White Hat orthography over Riggs, or Boas, etc.

Here is a mostly missed opportunity -- a regional native tech meeting 
going on yesterday, today and tomorrow, "To App or Not App: Looking at 
How Technology Impacts Language Learning", in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
