Dear colleagues,

Here are some notes on the conference call held on December the 7th, 2016.

Following GP members were present on the call:

Ahmed Bakhat Masood
Hazem Hazzah
Meikal Mumin
Michael Bauland
Mirjana Tasić
Sarmad Hussain

The last GP proposal version 13 was discussed.

1.Meikal will help to clarify following text


  *   “A letter with two diacritics, for example, ḉ, may be typically represented in several ways in Unicode – as a pre-composed form (U+1E09), or as the letter and the first diacritic with the second added (U+0107 ć + U+0327 ̧ COMBINING CEDILLA), or with the letter and the second diacritic with the first diacritic added (U+00E7 ç + 0301 / COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT)”

in the last paragraph, in the topic 1.1.1 Diacritics, commented by Asmus

2. Sarmad will help with proposal of the tentative working plan of the panel. The tentative plan will be uploaded on Google Docs. This document will be the starting document for further discussion.

3. Mirjana has to upload last version of Proposal on Google Docs.

4. Next telephone conference will be held on 11th of January 2017.
