[Latingp] Presentation and up-coming meetings

Dear colleagues,

The deadline for our presentation in Marrakech is coming up soon, so the attached version is a last opportunity to improve it. (The only change from our last meeting is the layout of the membership slide.) Please send any edits by UTC 23:59 on Friday 19.

We actually have two meetings scheduled before then - 23 Feb. and 1 March. I think we only need one, so I would like to suggest that we cancel 23 Feb.
