[Latingp] re-convening the fortnightly meetings of Latin GP

Based on the recent Doodle poll, we will be holding our fortnightly calls on
alternate Thursdays 3pm UTC starting from tomorrow 14, July.

 

I will circulate the meeting details and invitation shortly.
