3. includes improvements (possibly not all of them) as a result of our face-to-face meeting.
4. Includes a first go at declaring in-script blocked variants. It would be good to release a version of the repertoire for public comment in the near future.

Français: Voici les versions plus récentes du document pour former officiellement notre groupe (avec des - peut être pas tous - les améliorations suggerées pendant la reunion à Marrakech) et du répertoire (avec des recommandations initielles pour quelques variants bloqués). Si vous trouvez des errreurs ou des améliorations, envoyez-les-moi, s'il vous plaît.
