We will spend most time on the formation proposal as I think we should consider submitting it informally for comment to the IP.

Français: C'est une nouvelle version du programme pour notre téléconférence demain. On va discuter les conférences linguistiques, etc. où on pourra trouver des membres nouveaux de notre groupe.
Cependant, la plupart du temps on discutira le document officiel pour former notre groupe, lequel on donnera au IP pour recevoir des comments inofficiels.
