Dear Chris,

this is sad news for ICANN and LGP, however I know the position you are in
and do understand your choice.

I wish to thank you on behalf of the community for the time and effort you
spent. I think you did a great job, if not too much of that.

Could you let us or Sarmad know if and to what extent you had implemented
research from Hartell's publication on African languages to the proposal?
