Dear All,

Based on the response to the Doodle poll, we will plan our face to face meeting in Istanbul, Turkey on 22-23 June, 2017.  Please plan to arrive on 21 June and leave on late 23 June (so that we can have two full days of work).

The meeting will be hosted at ICANN Hub Office in Istanbul.  As a follow up we will start working with the ICANN's travel team and Istanbul hub to start making the arrangements.  If you are planning to attend, please let us know so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

ICANN will be able to provide travel support for some members.  If you are interested in applying for support by ICANN, we will shortly share a form which you need to fill in and share back.

As discussed during our previous call, we are planning to have a face to face meeting for the Latin GP.  This will be a 2.5 day meeting, to allow the Latin GP members to make progress.

Currently the ICANN Office at Istanbul, Turkey is being considered as the possible location for hosting the meeting.  We are considering late June, but before the ICANN 59 week, as the tentative dates.  I will send an invitation for a doodle poll for finalizing the final set of dates soon.

ICANN will be able to provide support for a limited number of Latin GP members.  Mirjana will be sharing details about how to apply for this support.
