In continuation to trailing email. Situation was keep changing, some times I was able to use all icons and was able to use Chat room, however, later on I was not able to do so

I am facing difficulty initially using Mic for the meeting and then I was unable to write any thing in the chat room and also was not able to choose any other icon in the adobeconnect, if others are comfirtable then I need to check my laptop
