Dear GP members,

Please read the new improved version of Latin GP proposal. Meikal  helped me a lot with his comments, suggestions and editing. We made a lot of changes, some more still to be done.

We shall improve this version till the next call. Please feel free to comment, ask everything what is not clear to be clarified .
