[Latingp] Preparation for the next telephone call on the 4th of June

Dear Mirjana,
Many thanks for re-initiating the discussion on Principles, for which had extensive discussion at Istanbul. We are not back from Eid celebrations and holidays. 
I am attaching updated version, based on discussion. I would request all GP members to go through it and finalize, especially 2.3 (in the updated document), I have tried to incorporate conclusions of discussion but opinion from linguistic members is very important before finalization of out principles, especially from Mats and Meikal.

Sarmad and I, we shall prepare summary of the meeting and we shall share it with you.
 
  
 
We should resume our work, we shall start it next Tuesday, Sarmad will circulate usual information about call.
 
  
 
I am asking now Bill and Ahmed to prepare last versions of Principles discussed during Istanbul meeting. I plan to include topic about Principles in the agenda for the next call. After next GP call, and according to our plan, next step is to publish Principles for public comment.
