[Latingp] Call for volunteers for Repertoire Group and Variant Group

Dear GP members,

This e-mail has purpose to call GP members to join one of these two groups: Repertoire group and Variant group. Tasks of every group are described in more details in the attachment.

If any member of GP, after reading this document, sees that something is not feasible or that I misunderstood something, please do not hesitate, we can discuss every point in these documents, and correct everything that could prevent us to perform in easy and successful way...

We need, at least, one Leader to organize each group on one side, and regular members on the other side.

Leader of the group should organize the work of the group, take notes, draft necessary documents (Principles, Procedures and so on), try to help regular members in performing their part.
Leader will discuss every important issue within the group first, and if necessary with the Panel.
Leader will have more responsibilities than a regular member, and must devote more time to this Project.

Regular members will discuss the proposed documents, could volunteer for a specific task proposed by the Leader, and perform processing in compliance with the Procedure.

Rough estimation is that the Repertoire group has three to four times more work to do than Variant group.

So, every member of Latin GP, who is willing to work in either of these groups, should send me an e-mail with simple responses (yes or no) to the questions 1-4:
