Dear Nebiye,

Leaders of Repertoire and  Variant group should organize the group to produce draft documents for Principles and Procedures. These documents will be discussed  and accepted by Panel, and ,in the future, these documents will guide the groups in their work.

from experience group leaders emerge naturally in the course of group work, whats the need for doing this so early?
