[Latingp] IMP: Revised F2F meeting dates for Latin GP

Dear All,

Due to some recent limitations on travel to Istanbul, we are considering changing the venue of Latin GP’s F2F meeting to ICANN’s Brussels regional office.  However due to non-availability of the facilities at this regional office on the dates already agreed, we need to re-conduct the doodle poll to finalize the dates.  After discussing with the chair at ICANN 60, it is being proposed that we plan for this meeting in the week after.

There are at least two options:


  1.  29-31 January (Monday – Wednesday)
  2.  31 January – 2 February (Wednesday – Friday)

We have created a Doodle Poll at https://doodle.com/poll/ftsdzawi6dk2ttkt (starting dates are listed for each of the options above). Kindly select the option(s) for which you could be available.  Please choose both if these are feasible for you.
