·         In addition, we would also request that Latin GP members join the IDN Root Zone LGR Workshop be the Integration Panel (in person or remotely): 15:15-16:45 on Wed, 1 Nov.

  1.  Discussion - draft version of Principles for developing Repertoire

Mats has presented the last version of Principles for Inclusion and Exclusion of Code Points in Latin Script for the Root Zone. After some discussions and clarifications Panel agreed on final draft version of Principles.



  1.  Discussion -  draft version of Principles for developing Variants

Denis gave the presentation on the document Analysis of Variants in the Latin Script for the Root Zone. Panel members gave few suggestions to the document; Denis will implement the suggestions and send final version of the document to the Panel.


  1.  Next steps for preparation of unofficial public comments

Mirjana will draft the mail which will be sent to the community for asking an unofficial comment on the both Principles. Draft mail will be circulated first to Latin GP mailing list.



  1.  Planning Face to Face meeting of GP members attending ICANN 60 in Dubai
·         A dedicated 75 minutes session for Latin Generation Panel: Tue, 31 Oct., 15:15-16:45

Mirjana and Sarmad should propose the plan for this event, knowing that Mats, Michael, Bill and Mirjana will be present at the conference.
To be discussed and workload divided between members who will be present at ICANN 60.

·         A short update of 7 minutes during the IDN Program Update session: Wed, 1 Nov, 09:00-10:15

Mirjana will prepare a short presentation on the status and activities of the Latin GP. The presentation will be shared with GP members for comments.
