[Latingp] Variant cross-script analysis worksheets

Dear colleagues,

I completed my first and second pass reviews of the three scripts, with the
exception of such cases where I found further possible variant cases, which
I pointed out in comments and which we should consider IMHO. Dennis has
started looking at some of those comments, but based on some of these
answers it seems that there is also general question - at least on my part
- that is if a single code point can be in a variant relationship with a
sequence of code points or not? I was under the impression that the answer
is yes...
