[Latingp] ACTION NEEDED: New version of the response to IP on :Diacritics below a security risk?

Gosh, Dennis, what a blatant effort to make sure that the IP does not say something which would conflict with your preferred view!  I am in awe! 

I think what we had (before you ran wild just now) was just fine.  Not perfect, but something at would address the issues that several of us had. 

I STRONGLY urge that this last bunch of edits be rejected.  Bill Jouris

Dear GP members,   We have to send our response to this letter from IP as soon as possible.   Please find in the attachment the response I tried to compile.   Your feedback is expected till Monday. We need IP response till our F2F meeting in Brussels.
