Gosh, Dennis, what a blatant effort to make sure that the IP does not say something which would conflict with your preferred view!  I am in awe!



I think what we had (before you ran wild just now) was just fine.  Not perfect, but something at would address the issues that several of us had.



I STRONGLY urge that this last bunch of edits be rejected.

“I want to remind you that scope of our work is now MSR3. We shall see the IP response to this letter. Anyway some of you, who will be present in Barcelona, will have the opportunity to discuss everything with IP members during 75 minutes working session of the Latin GP with IP open for the community, tentatively on Monday 22 Oct.”
