Dennis,

I should not have allowed my irritation to descend into sarcasm.

However, consider the following:
- You crafted the initial page of the document.
- Others of us added additional pages.  This was the first week of September.
-  Mirjana asked on Sep 9 to finalize comments made by Meikal, Dennis and Bill.
- Mirjana asked (again) that we have final comment by Monday 17 (yesterday)
- Late Monday afternoon, you Dennis and Meikal made edits which
a) deleted everything not written by you (for the record, this is not accurate, please review version history)
b) substituted very different wording

I just can't see that as a good-faith effort to be helpful.

Bill, I take issue with your last email. If anything, I was trying to be helpful and move things forward. Please note this document has been idle for the past week waiting to resolve the edits. If the revised version fell short of your expectations you are welcome to observe it, like everyone else.

I also remind you that everyone is expected to behave in a professional manner.

Gosh, Dennis, what a blatant effort to make sure that the IP does not say something which would conflict with your preferred view!  I am in awe!

I think what we had (before you ran wild just now) was just fine.  Not perfect, but something at would address the issues that several of us had.

I STRONGLY urge that this last bunch of edits be rejected.

“I want to remind you that scope of our work is now MSR3. We shall see the IP response to this letter.
