Hi all,

regarding Point 5 of the list of action items, I have now added a small
section explaining our suggestion and the decline of the IP and their
reasoning.

This is now available in Section 5.4.3 Other Excluded Letters. It's just
a suggestion at the moment and can of course be reformulated and/or
moved to a different section.
