We need to change the tool for editing the Report because Google Docs is not reliable platform for editing large documents. Last time it messed formatting a lot. During ICANN66 IP suggested that we can use MS WORD for this purpose. There is a possibility in
MS WORD to merge different copies of the same document to get one integral copy with all changes.<br>
